Assist in providing administrative accounting and other financial services to the support organizations and the clients of Minnesota Community Foundation and The Saint Paul Foundation.
Assume accountability for the accounting and management reporting functions of Minnesota Community Foundation, The Saint Paul Foundation and their respective supporting organizations, including preparing budgets and forecasts, implementing management information and internal control systems, and preparing timely and accurate interim and year-end financial statements.
Generate increased capital for the community by building strong relationships with donors, encouraging and supporting their charitable giving interests and connecting them to giving opportunities in the community.
Generate increased charitable capital for the community by working with professional advisors in the community and their clients and by identifying, cultivating and securing gifts from individuals and organizations for Minnesota Community Foundation and The Saint Paul Foundation.
To manage the human resources functions of Minnesota Community Foundation and The Saint Paul Foundation. This position will oversee, develop and administer a variety of human resources activities.
