The Saint Paul Foundation only accepts applications for grants from its unrestricted and field of interest funds. Grants are authorized to nonprofit organizations and public entities primarily serving residents of the East Metro area of Ramsey, Washington and Dakota counties in Minnesota. Areas of interest for funding include education, human services, humanities, the arts, and community development.
